FTP instructions:
There are various FTP clients available for the Macintosh, including Fetch and Transmit, and for the PC, FTP Explorer and File Dog.

1. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
2. You MUST stuff or zip your files before uploading.
3. Using your favorite FTP software, enter the following information:
   Host: ftp.artsengraving.com
   Username: (contact us for the username)
   Password: (contact us for the password)
4. To send files to us, put them in the folder which we specify.
   Note: Depending on the ftp software you are using, you may see a warning of access denied in the upload directory, and that's OK. This does not keep you from placing files in this directory, it is only a security measure that keeps others from viewing files you place here.
